Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PM Drills ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PM Drills is a project management exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, mock exams, progress tracking, and study tools for certifications including PMP, CAPM, CSM, and PMI-ACP.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

CAPM exam preparation is available free of charge with full access to CAPM practice questions and features.

Premium Subscription

Access to PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP content requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Subscription options:

• Monthly: $30/month
• 6-Month: $25/month ($150 total)
• Annual: $20/month ($240 total)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PM Drills or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software

No Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality preparation materials, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors including your study habits, experience, and exam performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Drills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors or omissions in our content

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute, reproduce, or sell our exam content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
